I want the northrend tamer achievement and only have Icecrown left on my list. However, I cant seem to get my hands on a Scourged Whelpling, so I'm trying to find a cockroach from Icecrown but they seem so few and far between.

I was in Andorhol, searching for a rare when I noticed something very strange. I had to have battled at least 20 when I realized that the battles were all the same. It was either poor quality blighthawk teamed up with a second poor quality blighthawk or a poor quality blighthawk with a poor quality rat as secondary. It was always those two battles.

Also, the blighthawks came back to life for one and a half rounds...That is they were able to strike me twice before before re-dying.
