I have been searching for a rare Jade Hatchling for 3 whole days now and so far rare has not appeared for me. The respawn time seems to be around 2hrs once you kill all the hatchlings off and they don't spawn more during any types of weather that i've noticed, but they do share each others spawn locations. I have managed to get 2 rares of the other hatchlings and a dragon stone but no rare jade so I guess i'll just stone it because I'm out of patience trying to farm it. GL to everyone else :)

Festival starts @ 9pm SERVER TIME and finishes @ 11pm SERVER TIME check your ingame clock is displaying server time before you start hunting because it definately starts at 9 and finishes at 11. As  for the Wanderer's Festival Hatchling, it spawns ONCE at the start and ONCE at the end usually 30sec-3mins after achievement. I sat there watching my screen for the full 2hrs just to make sure. There are only 3-5 pets that spawn each time so you'll need a quick reflex for this pet GL! :)

Took me 1hr to find a rare. I just kept going around the savage thicket killing the big proto drakes while i waited for spawns which seemed to be every 10mins. The time was 0026hrs, weather clear.

Just got him now... Hes got the cutest little kitty sounds and he does a somersalt and also chases his tail <3

Arrived at the area 5.23pm ST spent roughly 3hrs camping... at 8.49pm they started spawning... got one just inside crater bubble North east which was Poor quality (Breed 2/12) and there was one outside the mini town thing East (let someone else take it coz I dont hog rare spawns) they said it was uncommon quality. Nothing I did provoked the spawns so the rat thing is BUSTED lol.

Found one at 4.42pm ST on the path down to kara, it was poor quality 8/18 breed. Searched for another half hour and didn't find another one.

First 2 bags no luck so I got one on Blackrock AH for 5k gold... He was worth it because his abilities are awesome! Got him to lvl 10 so far and he destroys all that come across him :D (Darkmoon Curse is very useful)

Happen to come across this guy when I was playing my monk and used the ability Zen Pilgrimage to go to Peak of serenity he was just outside behind the temple. Common but 4/14 breed :D

Found one outside CoT cave entrance before summon stone at 3.12pm ST, poor quality 1/10 breed. Hits hard and has a heal so make sure you have a pet in slot that can deal with that.

I spent from 12.41pm-2.46pm ST farming for this guy... I found a poor quality within 5mins of starting then it took almost an hour to see another spawn which was uncommon then around 2.40pm another spawned which was once again a uncommon. All were 2/12 breeds :(

Found a poor quality as my first one after searching for 20 mins... I stayed another 30 mins to get a rare... all crappy builds but at least i got a rare one... I dont know if they are linked to harpy mobs but I was killing those to see if it would help them spawn... 

Caught a rare one of these at thundermar, hes great for using to slowly lower wild pets health to catch them. To many times i've accidently killed rares with other pets because they hit to hard but not this guy, hes been perfect for the job. His squawk ability lowers their damage and doesnt do a big hit and he can take a fair amount of damage too.
