Posted on Wowhead, but easy to get. YOu have to kill a mob to get the key to open the cage, clear the mobs in the cave, then the pet is yours. Uncommon with a pretty cool skillset: Flyby /Wind Burst; Arcane Storm/Wild Winds; Mana Surge/Surge of Power.
