Obtained it and leveled to 25 soon after the servers came up, hard hitter in pvp battles. From what i've been told, world first tourney pet =)

He does have an animation, he will very occasionally circle you leaving a dusty trail behind him. He's a vicious battle pet too! So adorable you could just eat him up.
