Can be found in the middle area of the House of Constructs with the roaming elite.
Wasn't there two of the times I visited the area. The third time I was there, I went around killing all the critters and it eventually spawned a rare quality one.

Another huge recommendation for the Alliance guild on Ravencrest-US, Inversion. I got a very quick invite after contacting someone in-game and they were all very friendly and welcoming.

After reading on the Wowhead guide on day 1 of launch that a specific WQ had to be up in order to catch this pet, I kinda put it out of my mind for a few days. Came across the comments on this website so I went to have a look and found a rare one straight away. :)
