Found one using /tar Lost Soul at /way 51, 70.

 

Note that it cast HAUNT and I thought it was dead and almost resigned. Waited 4 rounds and it came back to life. Used super bark on my Molten Corgi and trapped it. Happy hunting!

I can confirm that today I trapped a common (white) lvl 17 Scorpling above the Dark Portal, and it counted towards my Kalimdor Safari achievement.
