Oh dear sweet jesus! This is the stuff nightmares are made of.

The mobs you have to kill really aren't that hard. I did it on my spriest with only one death. However, I did farm the rare mobs in MoP a lot during that expac so I was familiar with the skill sets. Most have special gimmicks that you need to watch out for. If you're constantly dying, it's probably one of those.

A plus is that others can help.

Right click these to start a battle with them. I had to take off my weapon in order to not kill them when I got mine. Sort of annoying and buggy.

This is my go-to pet for elementals. Hands down.

Chi-Chi is my goto pet for No-No. I have two other strong flyers just in case but generally Chi-Chi can almost solo No-No. I use alpha strike, tranq, and ethereal. Chi generally takes three hits (if they aren't crits) before the flyer racial comes off. I can usually get him up to full health by using tranq when No-No uses that dam and ethereal takes care of his dives (when he doesn't have a dam up.)

He's made No-No so much easier. I do, at times, have to start over but not nearly as much as I did before.

This took me three weeks to get but it's mine! I got the tomtom points and made a macro. Here is all the points:

2) 52.34 54.8

3) 30.89 46.15

4) 26.60 52.14

5) 43.49 47

6) 84.42 52.65

7) 46.87 39.12

8) 46.95 40.02

Note: 3 and 4 are in the same building. 3 is downstairs. 4 is upstairs.

7 and 8 are in the same building. 8 is downstairs. 7 is upstairs. It's normal to see other books in these spots. These are the fake books that spawn. You need to read them to get them to despawn. The respawn rate isn't exact and the right books don't necessarily respawn after a server reset (personally tested.)

I just made a macro of these points and when I read one then I went in and deleted that from the macro.

I was lucky enough to hearth in there and see a bunch of them up. No one else was around so I figured I'd get the two different breeds. They're cute, that's for sure!

Does anyone know the drop rate of this? I've been doing pet battles and most of dailies daily from mid june to present and I've yet to have this pet drop. Wowhead says it has a .3 drop rate? Hell, I've gotten so many different ribbons it ain't funny and those are a .4 drop rate.

Wow! I thought this pet was a very common drop! I seem to get one each time I do the monthly. Granted, I've only done it three times but I've gotten one each time. Maybe it's the quest that ups the drop rate? I really only fish off the pier, if that helps.

These are a must for any serious battle pet collectors. The first attack (Weakening Blow) will never kill a pet your attacking as long as it doesn't suicide, there are no dots, or other things that could kill the pet. This is especially perfect for when you're farming for rares or hard to find.

It's rather cheap on the AH too (I got mine for 20g) so there really isn't any excuse...

This is one of my favorite pets. I was lucky getting a rare p/p on my first try. He's also rather big. About as tall as my goblin. I feed him a biscuit when I start raiding. RAWR~

The easiest way to farm this is with a healer. Healing gets a lot of aggro plus you can heal the boss when you pop out to reaply a HOT.That helps a ton when the boss has mobs on him. Sleep the 9ther dragons.

These turn into little thanksgiving day turkeys when they die. Very cute Blizz. XD

Just as an aside, these pets spawn in snow storms BUT they don't seem to despawn when the snow storm is over. They just don't respawn after they're killed. I aparently logged back on just after a snow storm and there were a ton running about. Three-ish kit's to every one of another pet type.

You could die from the cuteness of this battle pet. I was lucky to get a p/p blue on my first shot. I suggest parking an alt in that area and logging in to check every now and then. There's really no addons that'll tell you when it's raining there. I think these despawn when the rain stops. Or, at least, when I logged onto my alt, the rain only lasted a minute or two more. I did see a lot of babies but they seemed to disappear when the rain stopped.

There is a spot (way points 35.5 56.75) in Kun-Lai Summit that has a large number of these pets. It's right around the legendary pet. This is the highest concentration of Summit Kid's I found. It took FOREVER to find a rare. I've only seen the one I got. I leveled five pets from 22 to 25 while farming this. On the plus side, it's a perfect spot to level any 22+ level pets.

It has the same abilities as the Prairie Mouse but the fact that it enrages is a nice bit of undead dmg bonus.

I love this little guy, though I'm still trying to decide a good name for him. How does he stack up against Minfernal, though?

Got him finally on Thrall. Wonders never cease. I tried the camping thing but had no luck so I kept an alt on that location and hopped on her when I first got on and before I quit, sometimes inbetween too. I just did quick thirty sec fly arounds. Saw two this way. And I accidentally killed the first one. /is ashamed

I recommend having a terrible turnip just to be certain you don't accidentally kill it.
