Each mob is similar to a pandaria rare mob, and has an ability that kills you if not avoided.
Ogre: mogu warrior, dangerous is devastating arc
Hozen: hozen, dangerous is going bananas
Pandaren: pandaren, dangerous is spinning crane kick
Orc: mantid, dangerous is blade flurry
Forsaken: saurok, dangerous is vanish + backstab
Tauren: yaungol, dangerous is the stomp
Dwarf: jinyu, dangerous are torrent and rain dance
Human: mogu sorcerer, dangerous is the void zone.
Zeran, while techincally correct, the Instability that Untamed Hatchling has is effectively exact same ability as Cataclysm.
Abbotta, the trading card game pets are still very much obtainable, they are found in the ah regularly and can appear in the black market ah also.
Also to the comment about it being all magic and undead, the wretched servant is humanoid, and I think the hydra was aquatic? Not sure of the last one though.
Ridai, your info doesn't seem to be fully accurate. I killed Demidos last night, roughly 30 minutes before dailies reset, and Socrethar's Rise was not the daily that day for either horde or alliance on my server, and I very much doubt he would have stayed up full day if it was daily the previous day (and it didn't become the new daily after the reset). I soloed it with my 652 item level prot warrior, but it was really hard, so I don't recommend trying to solo it unless your well-geared tank.
Those peachick pets are sooo cute. A shame though that all of them except the royal peachick have rather lame move set. :/
Talents3777, aquatic pets take only half damage from damage over time effects due to their racial passive.
This pet is pretty much invincible against wild pets with ironbark, photosynthesis, and sunlight, but I still don't really recommend using it for that because it takes it forever to kill anything, especially any opposing pets that can also heal.
I will probably get this so I will have at least one murloc pet, curse them for not having any murlocs obtainable in-game. :/
#Mobot: Its abilities are themed to be various druid abilities, which don't neseccarily combo so well together for pet battles.
Its weird that the P/B breed of this pet has very different stats than Onyxian Whelpling that is also P/B
There has to be an error in the breed showing to this in the site, there is no way it can be anything other than P/P breed with those stats...
Man why do vendor pets like this come in multiple breeds? :/ Feeling like getting cheated when getting a B/B breed instead of the P/S.
Man this pet is driving me crazy, just spent about six hours in hillsbrad non-stop pet battling and didn't see a single rare of these. :/ During whole that time I only saw two hares as primaries, but they are very common secondary pets to pretty much all the other pets in the zone, no luck with rares so far though.
This guy can totally decimate the darkmoon faire pet tamers team. Just do earthquake, repair, earthquake, then switch to any pet with wish, cast wish, switch back to destroyer, earthquake again and both the eye and the monkey should be dead, leaving only the tank at around half health to be finished up with metal fists.
If you want a lamb pet out that doesn't get eaten by a wolf, you can always go get the Black Lamb from Elwynn pet battles anyway. :)
Man this one is annoying to capture as it has tendency to suicide with stone rush or elemental overload, so even terrible turnip isn't sure way to capture it.
I actually rather like this pet in pet battles and use it every now and then, with the ability set of tail slap, buried treasure, and beaver dam. Will spam tail slap until have lost at least third of its hp, then put up a dam and heal up with buried treasure while the opponent breaks through it, with that tactic it can last long time, and tail slap does hit fairly hard also.
What I found working best for the last quest is just 2 rows of sunflowers, 3 rows of spitters, and then whenever he puts up obelisks, blow them up with pumpkin bomb, and replace any spitters and sunflowers he kills with his poison. Never need to use any freezyas, rocknuts, or stranglevines. :)
I personally like using him with anzu's blessing over nocturnal strike because that makes the spammable and very hard hitting shadow talon to always hit, even with darkness, which also makes him nicely different from crow/raven.
I rather like what this pet looks, will have to level it soon to get to try it out, but Quills, Evanescence, Foreboding Curse seems like really solid move set with great synergy, as both quills and evanescence benefit from going first and foreboding curse lowers the enemy speed so much that it should go first against anything that isn't a flier.
