1. Don't allow posts from anyone who has zero battle pets.

2. Don't allow links in posts. Or only allow wowhead links.

I just finished the grind tonight. The pet is gorgeous!

I didn't find the Inert Ash grind too bad - Mojojoee has a character on Lightninghoof, a low-population server, so we grouped on that server. With no competition, the ash drops reasonably quickly. In any case, make sure you group up with other scavengers for the Un'goro phase.

She got stuck on the next stage, getting stuff in Spires of Arak. I had a trivial time with that, with most of the stewpots being active, but they weren't for her. I'm guessing it's a long cooldown.

The final phase, farming Smoldering Phoenix Ash, was a bigger pain. Several hours of chasing the Lava Phoenix. I got to 10 out of 15 relatively easily, then hit a wall. The last five took like 3 hours.

But now I have a beautiful and ultra-rare pet, and eventually Mojojoee will have one also.

Azerite Puddle is a very powerful Magic pet. I took advantage of Pet Week to level it and my other new pets. The part that surprised me was that the Puddle at (if I recall) level 12 did substantial damage to the level 25 boss pets in Pandaria. I think it will find a place in several teams now that I have it at 25.

Are the new raid battle pets available in LFR difficulty level? Or do you have to be in Normal or higher?

My wife (mojojoee@silver hand) and I decided we should get Graves, so we started playing Heroes of the Storm. Getting to level 20 took a couple of weeks of occasional play, and we lost many more games than we won (to the ire of our teammates).

A funny thing happened along the way. As we started to understand more of the nuances of HotS, we really got into it. Give the game a fair chance - it's challenging and fun. Play in AI mode while you're learning so you don't hurt serious players.
