Yes it is possible to get it on a non level 100, I got it on my level 90 hunter on my 3rd bag.

Very happy :) just got this pet and in rare quality :) now I can go to bed and rest for work :) level 91 in a level 96+ zone lol it was rough lol but I wanted it :-p

For people Wondering, P/P Breeds DO exsist, I would know, A friend of mine got a rare P/P Breed and I just got an Uncommon P/P breed Myself soon to be rare once I upgrade it with a stone. :) Good Luck all! :)

Heres something id like to throw out there as well, the original clockworks bot, they brought that back for Christmas didn't they? then recently they brought back the Warbot that, correct me if im wrong, but, wasn't it for a mountain dew promotion that was going on? maybe the same thing will happen to Terky........
