I just purchased 3 of these, they were at the 4 sellers together area in the city of threads near 48,74. they seem to respawn a few hours after they sell. Still, this was the first. time I saw them. Also, I just leveled them all up to 25.

Just got this little guy today and immediately leveled him to lvl 25. Cute pet, great cause.
