Had to edit Misskatt's original macro as it was providing false positives sounds on Proto Avians and I spent ages looking around for the raid target marker. This is in Dragonflight 10.1.7

Green lvl 23 Hit like a truck on my lvl 25 Anubisath Idol, had to swap in another Anubisath Idol to trap it and finish off the battle with the other two pets.
