Thanks to all the wonderful comments here, I found mine in The Banewood, using the /tar Lost Soul macro at 49.95, 73.02. Note if found behind the cages like mine, wait in the open area until it comes around the corner, otherwise the area will be obstructed and you're unable to battle. Cheers!
