Wowhead.com has good maps of the Unborn Val'kyr spawn points, with in game coordinates, at http://www.wowhead.com/npc=71163. I found my little one west of the great tree around 17.8, 57.0.
The Powers that be must have upped the spawn rate. But I am now "Zookeeper" for I have my Qiraji Guardling! Found it on Emerald Dream at 4:30 in the morning. (!) Please do not ask me why I was up then. :-/
My Porkki dropped from Lydia Accoste. Don't neglect the Old World tamers when you get to Pandaria! Try to station one of your characters at each Grand Master who has a chance to drop Porcupette. That would be Lydia Accoste, Stone Cold Trixie, Antari, Obalis, Major Payne (yes, he is that), and all the tamers in Pandaria.
This little tonk is one of my go-to guys when battling Master Pet Tamers. He's especially good on flyers and beasts. I have been known to threaten to buy 2 more at the Darkmoon Faire and set out with a whole crew of Tonks! I would rule the world! MWA-HAA-HAA-HA!
