CAN be found outside of the quest mentioned in another comment. Some Wowhead comments are saying it is only available during that quest, but that is not my experience. Found multiple at the following locations: /way #2022 37.06 86.10 and /way #2022 40.64 75.42

Just got my pet thanks to Ani Ayastigi on Argent Dawn! Someone on Twitter recommended sending my alt a few renowned guild tabards because they vendor for 62g a piece! Five of them did the trick! You lose some gold, but it's faster than grinding out gold or waiting on auctions! Good luck to all collectors!!!!
