I picked up the H/H breed. I run him with Bone Barrage, Darkness, and Nocturnal Strike. Normal rotation is barrage, call darkness, barrage, nocturnal strike, barrage. That's five rounds of really heavy hits. If you're facing a darkness team, you can start with Nocturnal strike, meaning 6 rounds before CD freeze. He generally two-shots most aquatics, dragons, and humanoids, and three shots most other pets unless they have damage reduction. Even those pesky frogs and turtles don't counter him.
I disagree, his moveset makes it so that the next pet is guaranteed to be faster, does double damage, and you can't even hit it when it first swaps in due to Shieldstorm. I have faced the same guy, with Kovok, Murkalot, and Blackfuse Bombling. Murk sets it up, bombling comes in and does double damage to your ENTIRE team, and then Pheramones wraps up whatever is left. And in the event you had something survive, you get to face a full health Kovok AND Murk again
Without a doubt the BEST tip I've ever seen on this site. I took the advice I found here and went into the Mechagon instance. It only took 12 resets until I had my Yellow Junkhopper, two achievements, and a new Kelpfin pet!
