Finally just got one of these. I tried doing the flight path trick (in which I saw serveral walking around), only to find out it was patched. I was about to give up, did one fly over before I left, and I found one walking around North East of the far North East hole. He was almost as far over as the cliff. So, be sure you check all around the area when you fly over.

And as always... make sure to use a /tar Minfernal macro...
