To be eligible, make sure to connect your Twitch account to your Battle.net account.
How to:
1. Go to https://www.twitch.tv and make an account if you don't already have one.
2. Go to https://account.battle.net/connections and find the section for Twitch. Select "+Connect" and follow the instructions to connect your Bnet account to your Twitch account.
3. Make sure you're logged into your Twitch account and start watching live Dragonflight streams during the time period noted above.

I did the time, claimed the mounts, pets, and the firework toy but never received the toy. I can't find a contact. What do I contact?
I appreciate that buying the pet and mount earlier allowed me enjoyment prior to this offering, which offsets my paying real money for something that is now free. Expansions, notably, are also rolled into the base product when they are older. I got to play them when they were current by buying them.
However, that being said, there are at least 2 dozen pets that are unobtainable by a majority of pet collectors. Why not reissue the Spirit of Competition, Murky, Spectral Cub or Tiny Green Dragon. Chinese players won't even be able to play any more, so who would even object to reintroducing Panda Cub or Lucky?

I already had the pet, but I put in the four hours to then start the next four hours to get the mount. Unfortunatly I didn't realize that I already had the mount as well. I got nuttin!
if you already have the pet, you basically just wasted 4 hours. You do not get another one. Youd have to claim it if you want the mount though.
I actually had this pet - but didn't get a second one with the drop. I got the kite ok tho (second). Hubby wants to quest in the new area - I want to hunt pets lol. Happy Hunting!
Thanks for the feedback I did watch claim the pet then watched some more for the mount. At least I got the mount. Glad there was a little hint that you had to do one to get the other.
Rather than reusing TCG pets, which anyone can get if they are willing to spend a few $ on ebay, I'd personally rather see them offer a way to get some of the region event unique pets like Gurky, Essence of Competition, Onyx Panther, Poley, Spectral Cub, Tiny Green Dragon, and Tiny Red Dragon.
@Shyhelma - Since the pet is "Unique" (can only have 1), you won't be able to add another one to your Pet Journal if you already own a Cenarion Hatchling. However, if you're interested in earning the mount from the Twitch Drop, you'll need to earn and claim the pet first before accessing progress towards the mount.
@Shyhelma Probably what happened with the Twitch drop of the kite pet. It will be an additional one you can get that's technically a separate pet, and can't be traded.
@Shyhelma - from everything I can see, still have to do the 4 hours to "earn" the pet, even if you already have it, before you can start on your 4 hours towards the mount. Frustrating to say the least.
What happens if you already have that pet?
