Alliance players need to unlock Nigel Rifthold as a vendor. Head to Anyport (western coast of Drustvar), and purchase 10 Tirasreli Gourmet Chocolate from Xun Xun Sweetflower. Travel to 52,31 in Drustvar (west of Fallhaven, just above the "F" in the name), climb up a small hill and enter a tree house. Loot the chest, and then loot it a second time (will consume the Gourmet Chocolates), and Nigel will appear as a vendor.
Horde can find Shoak in Gloom Hollow after completing the quests, Killing Cannibals, Just Say No to Cannibalism and Shoak's on the Menu.
Alternatively, this pet can also be purchased from Blind Wunja, who is neutral to both Horde and Alliance.

This frog's peculiar red color appears to have evolved specifically for camouflage in blood. Spooky.
I see it was cageable and going for 95K on AH today - I used multiple toons to kill the 2 elites which gave 10 each then finally reaching 100 polished charms. Other 3 pets at that vendor are 100 or more of the new charms.Â
Boghopper, which can be found in the wild, can be this coloring :)Â
