Currently some of these pets have the breed_id: 0. But this id doesn't exist and that is the reason why the pets have no scaling and are stuck at fixed low values.

Something is bugged with these, some of them are normal and others have 100 health, 15 attack and 0 speed at level 23... I had to use a pet that doesn't drop their health below 1 to be able to attack to capture these.
