This pet is chosen among three battle pets as a reward after completing a chain of Children's Week quests.
Other rewards for the final quest include Helpful Workshop Bot and Goggles. Collecting all three pets on the same character is possible (over the course of four years) since the quests are repeatable each year. It is also possible to collect all three pets by completing the quest chain on three different characters.
This pet as well as other Children's Week pets can also be purchased using a special event currency, earned from the holiday quest chains.

The Imperial Lynx is known for being stubborn and moody, but fiercely loyal to those they form bonds with.
The "Interactivity" section is currently inaccurate. Argos will sit, dance, sleep, etc. like all the other lynx kitten pets.
Argos is Definitely a Childrens Week Pet, I got him today :)
