It's best not to ask how Grunch acquired all these gifts because you know it's not because he's been nice.
I did this daily on 15 alts (72-80) the first day. 1 extra jingles, multiple toys. Day 2, Grunch dropped on my 6th alt (already got another Jingles too) Make sure you have the guild cloak that ports you back to sw or org after doing the quest. And use the fast transport by the quest giver to take you straight to the Greench. It's a quick daily that way.
Got mine after 5 attempts
Mine was uncommon not rare, so it looks like the base quality can be lower than listed.
Took about 10 trys, but finally got him
Is the quest an everyday repeatable one or just once a week
