A rarity among arachnids, these non-venomous critters feed solely on plants and fruit.
This is a great first pet to bring out when battling Splint Jr. in Dalaran, Broken Isles. Use the combo in this order: Poison Spit, Brittle Webbing, then Spiderling Swarm. You can follow this pet up with an Alterac Brew Pup with a Call to Pack, then one Bite later....oh poor Splint is dead.  May he rest in pieces.Â
These guys can pop up as secondaries to other pets, most noticably the Jungle Grubs.
it's not so much battling this thing to find a rare thats bad, it's actually finding one -.-" i'm wading in waves of Jungle Grub here!! very rare to spot one
I like spiders, the combo of Brittle Webbing and Spiderling Swarm after Howl is insta killer. Tip: Use it against Nitun. i use it after a Howl from Stitched Pup.
Got a rare near the Temple of the Red Crane.. it was accompanied by a crab and a moth. good luck!
Found a Green on the shore south of the Temple of the Red Crane, fist thing I battled when I got there... still looking for a Rare but not going to worry too much just doing the ach. Safari for Pandaria :D
Found my rare right where the C is in Crane Wing Refuage on the map. It took too many tries to capture the first one, and then I lost the battle. But I have noticed that many of the pets in Pandaria have the same secondaries with them when they are grouped closely together. So my rare was right around the other side of the tree.
A typical spider, but with an atypically gorgeous skin.
Nice to have in the collection if only because it's so pretty.
Just found a rare (after two hours of searching) near the temple of the red crane. I honestly almost lost all hope and as I was about to call it quits for now I got one. So if you're having a hard time finding a rare (like I did) don't give up it's there, hiding!Â

This is a pretty amazing pet. I take Poison Spit, Brittle Webbing, and Leech Life. Start every combat with Brittle webbing then alternate leech life with upkeeping the two dots. I can take on entire groups of battle pets and lose very little health. Its great for power levelling up lower level pets.Â
Lots are at loc 42, 58 (Deep Wild) area (just a little south east of Temple of the Red Crane). They are the main mob with 2 adds.
