Players must first complete the achievement Waking Hope before being offered the quest that rewards this pet.

Located on the coast north of Obsidian Citadel is an alcove with a number of NPCs lounging about. Vazallia will briefly be in dragon-form but will have a quest once she assumes her humanoid visage.

This little dragon is all fired up! It looks like he's got some things to do.
