Names for this one could be "Audrey" (Little Shop of Horrors) or "Snapdragon" (plant name).

 

The current drop rate is 100% on WoWHead and its spawn timer is approx 5 minutes. Easy to solo as a 100 Frost Mage. Honestly, the hardest part was finding the cave entrance, which is at the bottom of the hill at 49.29, 53.44, larger than other entrances but pushed back from the main road. Also, get the Garrison Resources while in the cave!

Very cool pet, and I think he will do well on a stall team. Adds some damage, and heals. It should be fun to give it a try soon. Once I level the little Bloom to 25

It looks like this is 100% drop at the moment, after looting mine, i also wondered if it was a rare drop or not, so i hung around and watched other players kill this mob and every one of them had the same visual effect of learning the pet after looting.  Don't know how long this is going to last, though...so for the moment don't be tempted to buy one from the AH (like I almost did), just go get it for yourself :)  Ps. Co-ords for Mandrakor, Gorgrond 49,53

Got this on first kill, not sure if all these pets are 100% drop on first kill per char? I noticed all the rares are respawning instantly after dying and every other spawn is normal and has no rare elite status on its name.. maybe a bug?

droped from a rare mob on gorgrond - mandragora, found inside a cave below High Pass, easy to solo at lvl 93 with soo HC gear
