Would really like to see if people could make Egg Barrage viable vs undead. I find it very odd that Blizz made it have a 50 % hit chance... I mean Undead get to come back to life and hit you again! Other abilities of the same type have 80-100% hit chance. There must be a reason...

Just captured two poor qualities of these.  They were both a secondary if a fight with a near by lizard.

Got a brown rare as a secondary to a Kun'lai Runt.  This little guy has really good damage out put, (too good actually, accidentally killed a rare Runt :().

I use squawk for the damage reduction, then flock, and finish with a peck.  Going through this rotation once was killing pets a couple levels higher, and the chicken takes very little damage in the process!

Tip: If you wanna have the brown one:

Find one as a second pet. If this is white or grey don't worry ... simply cancel the fight and try again the same pet. It will may be change the color if you try again. (This can take a while ... try again as often as you need.)

good luck!

Find my one today as a second one of a summit kid.

Needed 10 trys till the brown one came up.

I think the color changing aspect of this was removed with 5.2. I just caught a rare secondary to a green goat. I wanted to see it change color and everytime I summoned it came out exactly the same color scheme.

At the moment, there are 3 choices of colors when it comes to this pet.

To get the Grey or Buff (tan) colored Szechuan Chicken, You need to battle one as a Primary pet in the pet battle, and these are only found around the Farmstead.

The 3rd color choice is actually a Multi color changing one, that changes between White as well as Grey or Buff when you summon it. You get this one ONLY when you fight other pets around the map, and have the Szechuan Chicken as a secondary pet that joins the fight.

Got my rare as a secondary to a summit kid. They do indeed come 'attached' to other pets.

Rhett: Yes. Battled 2 Prairie Mouse very close to the farm. Both had a Rare and an Uncommon Szechuan Chicken as secondaries.
