The Cobalt Raven drops from the Order of Embers Paragon reputation reward box. Alliance players that earn Exalted with this faction can continue earning favor, and will receive a cache for every 10k reputation earned after Exalted.

The feathers of the cobalt raven glow eerily in the moonlight, making them easy to spot during the night.
Now this is too much! Why is it the size of a canary, and why does it fly in the ground?! I hope they fix these weird, glitchy, undersized pets soon. (:C
Strong synergy options. Moonlight plus team speed buff is great setup for Spirit Claw users. Can go with Dark Talon which is buffed by Moonlight or Quills which will remain effective even after the Flying racial is gone thanks to Moon Dance.
The Cobalt Raven dropped from my first Order of Embers paragon chest as well (The Bewitching Tea Set toy dropped from the same chest). Then I received the Violet Abyssal Eel in my first Storm's Wake paragon. These seem to be encouraging drop rates, so hang in there, and avoid the exorbitant auction house prices.
