The creature that can drop this pet spawns during the second phase of a special event in The Maw, Tormentors of Torghast. This event occurs every ~2hrs, and there is a rotation of 15 total different phase 2 "bosses". Gralebboih will normally respawn about 30hrs after its initial spawn.
