Players can start the short quest chain that rewards this pet by speaking with Breanni in her Dalaran shop (Broken Isles). Pick up the quest Pets Detective to get started! The quests take place in the uninstanced Eye of Eye of Azshara zone, and the final quest involves a Pet Battle, so make sure you have a team of 3 ready!

I got it today it and a vulpera is adorable because the vulpera is only taller than it. It's very easy to get just go to Dalaran go to where the pet stable is and pick up the quest the lady that gives the quest is the first npc /thing you see.

Use your Dalaran hearthstone and visit Breanni to begin. It would be a very quick chain, but the mobs you need to kill for keys (and they're not a guaranteed drop) spawn very slowly, hard to find any when there are a load of other players camping them.
