To collect this pet, players must travel around Kul Tiras and Zandalar, finding and looting pebbles on the ground in a specific order.
There are 14 treacherous steps in total, with the final step requiring Uuna summoned out (must have completed Uuna's continued story - see the Notes section of Uuna's profile page). Having her next to you will reduce the Legendary Baa'l NPC's stats to Uncommon, making it possible to defeat it in a Pet Battle match. Learn more about each step of this process here.

Not much is known about this otherworldly minion.
With sky riding, It makess the fatigue part a lil more manageable as you can usually get to the coordinates before the fatigue starts getting halfway. Just be sure to have full vigor and whirling surge off cooldown.
Picked up Baa'l last night so this quest is still working. As a balance Druid I shapeshifted and flew to the Tom/Tom cords above the cave, so a water strider is not a must have. Used a water walking potion to sit on the water and summoned my feast of fishes then. it can be set up right beside you on the water. Then swam down and picked the pebble With plenty of fatigue room to spare. Don't give up!!
I'm suprised they haven't added murder the innocent on different pets or even a rename of the ability
I didn't see anything posted, but Uuna's World Tour has been fixed. I just did it last night (07/02/2020) on Mal'Ganis.
Today, I took Uuna to FrostFire (62, 22) and I used Unborn Val'Kyr, then Baa'l forced a pet swap, so I put in Zandalari Anklerender. Black Claw then Hunting Party. Boom.
After maaanyyy perturbation (including two bugs needed to be reported to GM and bugs section) FINALLY got him ;))). Absolutely awesome quest line to get him and Uuna’s Story (Uuna itself is sooooo cute to have her, especially when she hugs you back ;)) is simply EPIC !!! I am so glad that I did it and got him eventually. And it’s even double luck today as Squirt is visiting Garrison today so leveled him up straight away ;))))). Lucky me. Wish the same to all Baa’ls hunters !!!
brief convo with UUNA (two minutes b4 she talks), you can do the two part questline to get UUNA ready to help reduce Baa'ls HP from ~9k to 1k+.
Haven't seen in comments: When arriving with Uuna to the Baa'l battle pet fight, have her pre-summoned when you first view Baa'l from outside the lava area.
She talks to Baa'l and when the conversation ends Baa'l is easy to kill in 3-4 hits with Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling (and possibly one other pet if needed) (good magic damage)
Make sure you take Uuna on the World Tour with the same character you have been "leveling" her with. If you don't, Baa'l will not get the debuff. Warmode on/off doesn't matter. WM on he has abt 9200 health 500 speed, with WM off he has about 8400 health 466 speed, both modes you will get one shotted and he will go first. I can 100% confirm War Mode is not necessary. I was able to do it without turning War Mode on.
I love this little guy. He jumps around like a pygmy goat, faint like a fainting goat, and then rears up to head butt you, like every other goat.
The only pebble I had issues with was in the fatigue zone, I think it took me ten tries. Ended up using the diving suit and got it.
Baa'l is NOT bugged, but let me clarify something that I myself had missed... Uuna is *not* completed at the end of the scenario. If you want to know if your Uuna will weaken him and think she is completed, you can test this by hugging her. If she hugs you back, she is complete and will weaken Baa'l for 15 mins upon summoning her. If she DOES NOT hug you back, you still need to do Uuna's *second* world tour. After completing the scenario there are a nunber of places to visit with her.
Iron Starlette: Wind-up, supercharge, wind-up. Done.
Looooong quest, the hardest part for me was the fatigue zone, kept dying but made it after a few tries. It was fun sending a pic to my friend of me between the Broken Isles and Zandalar.
Also had to get Uuna, which took me a few days but she's very nice to have too.
Baa'l himself is very cool, and I find him very useful against boss pets and their large health pool thanks to his 30% attack.
Overall a nice adventure, would definitely recommend going through the trouble of getting him !
The macro keeping track of the pebbles you collect must be followed exactly - please note that the numbering is inaccurate in that it is one more than the actual pebble; i.e., 11 is actually pebble 10.
Going into fatigue zones is stressful. Use the raft from fishing to use feast of the fishes close to where you start to fatigue. The fish you become has the fastest swimming speed absolutely. You can make both pebbles using your fishy self with time to spare.

I'm really excited to have Baa'l. I haven't trained him yet.
His vocalization is a double-voiced demonic "baah" sounds. Adorable :)
Finally got Baa'l. A really intense journey since I had to Uuna as well- but worth it. I had to go back and change to war mode for Uuna to work, but it did work on the first try.
Finally got it - got a party invite to Area 52. Someone with a working Uuna was hanging out at the spot so people could do the pet battle (which was very nice).
just go back and pick up the last pebble, it resets Baa`l.
If you are having issues with Uuna not weakening Baa'l here's what I did:
Toggle Warmode several times (I did it 6 times) and make sure when you're done you leave it off. Then change specs after you've toggled and go fight Baa'l with Uuna summoned. That should do the trick.
The bug is still alive and well as of today - three of us arrived with enhanced Uuna's. Nothing worked (reloading, leaving zone etc) so I went to SW and switched to warmode.
Upon returning it worked as intended - Uuna said the things, waved the wand and Baa'l shrunk.
Hope it helps if you're experiencing the bug.
Finally got this little guy after waiting patiently for someone to debug the pet battle.
He can be beat at full strength but he wont drop the pet
