Patch 7.1.0 | Posted: October 25, 2016
This pet drops from the cache that spawns after defeating Deathbringer Saurfang in Icecrown Citadel.
Collecting this pet is one of the requirements for the achievement Raiding with Leashes IV: Wrath of the Lick King, which rewards a quest to battle Algalon. Defeating him rewards Stardust!

It really seems to want to touch you, but why?
extremely underated Â
Underrated.
Not the most interesting pet to look at, but it has a nice ability set.
Healing abilities are always welcome.
I think naming it Expungebob actually made me like this pet more, because otherwise i don't really have much to say about it :)
It is one of the best Slimes though, if you can get a full Health, Speed or Power breed, it might be pretty dangerous, unfortunately i have a Peanut/Butter breed, but it can still pack a punch.
EDIT: bought an S/S version and it is pretty deadly
Yes, and falcosaurus hatch was removed as well :(
As of 11/7 my Blood boil no longer has split. did they change the Legionnaires pets as well?
I would absolutely take H/H for this pet for split then either heal with Drain Blood or grind them out with drain power and grind out with slot 1 abilities. Nice mixup pet against the humanoids in pvp. P/P would be king for pve, this can solo a few trainers with its crazy sustain.
Update: As of 11/7 this pet no longer has split unfortunately. It seems Blood Boil is now just a slime with no unique abilities outside of drain power. S/S would probably be the better breed now.
Supposedly comes in every possible breed. Â I personally have H/H, H/S, H/P and P/S sitting in my bags and have no idea what to keep and what to toss. Â Split is HP based, so perhaps H/H or any of the H/* breeds?
