To learn how to make this pet, speak with any high level Goblin engineering trainer. The created item is BoU, allowing it to be traded and sold to other players.

Goblin engineering at its finest. Blueprints based on the massive fel reaver in Hellfire Peninsula.
This pet can destroy an opposing PVP team that doesn't try to kill him quickly. I faced a team lead by Harbinger of Flame who spammed Magma Wave attempting to do the same thing I was. But PWD has a great heal that I was able to get off twice. Soloed that team with Quake, and a couple of Metal Fist to clean up.
Quake followed by Repair followed by quake willl do substantial damage to any non-elemental team. A very strong opener allowing your non-burst pets to quickly clean up the competition.
This guy can totally decimate the darkmoon faire pet tamers team. Just do earthquake, repair, earthquake, then switch to any pet with wish, cast wish, switch back to destroyer, earthquake again and both the eye and the monkey should be dead, leaving only the tank at around half health to be finished up with metal fists.
Do you have to be a Goblin Engineer to learn this pet? I bought one on the AH and I am unable to add it to my collection.
I was very surprised to get this from Blingtron 4000. Didn't know you can get also this one from that and not just Lil' Bling.
This pet will always be learned as uncommon (under the Miscellaneous --> Companion Pets tab of the auction house, this pet reads with blue text to imply that it's a rare though it's not, whereas under the Battle Pets tab, it is listed correctly as uncommon). To make it a rare, you'll need a battle-stone.
Though this pet is not at the top of my uncommon pet list to recieve a battle-stone upgrade, it's on there none the less; love using this guy in my pet battles.note: shows up in AH when created as a rare - but once you learn it, it becomes uncommon - i tested it by learning 3 rares all 3 when looked up were uncommon - let me know if anyone actually learns this as a rare and it stays as a rare
I am going to level my Goblin Engineer just to get this pet and the feeling of accomplishment of having crafted the destroyer myself. Once I am done grinding for the Sea Turtle on my main that is. Soon I hope...
Okay, got both the Destroyer and the Sea Turtle. Next is the Ghost Iron Dragonling. :))
Christmas day? I open my in-game mail box and the "squee" could be heard around the block. I love my Personal World Destroyer! I call him my baby Fel Reaver so be afraid. Be very afraid.
