To collect this pet, players must enter the Stratholme Pet Dungeon, reach Stage 10 or later, and find and click on a hidden letter (object on the ground called 'Discarded Letter', has multiple spawn points throughout the dungeon). This will unlock a special postbox that's interactable. Clicking on the postbox will summon Malown and his team. Defeat him and it will reward the achievement and Burnout pet.

Burnout always has a supply of well toasted marshmallows.
My favorite pet. Feed him a biscuit and he's a full-size, very creepy companion to my undead main. My burnout friend. Everybody has one.
Same thing happened with me as it did with Midknyght, except I waited until after the dungeon was over/I had defeated the final boss to go out and look for the mailbox...So I guess it doesn't matter when you try to find the Postmaster?
Burnout has three possible appearances, which appear randomly each time he's summoned (so you don't need to collect three different copies of him!).

My Dream has come true! ^^I found the 'Discarded Letter' on my 2nd run- sitting on top of a crate before I fought Wandering Phantasm. I clicked on it and it disappeared... didn't put anything in my bags.
After I fought Nefarious Terry, instead of going into the final area... I took a right into that little nook with the mailbox at the end. I clicked on mailbox and nothing seemed to happen. When I turned around to leave, Postmaster Malown was standing right there in front of me.
